Along the same lines as “America’s Got Talent”, which showcases talented people from all over the country doing a variety of performances, from singing individually or in groups, dancing individually or in groups, acrobatics, comedy, juggling, impressions, bizarre talents, well, you get the picture… Shawnee’s Got Talent would like to see any and all acts and performers come out for an evening of fun and prizes.
A portion of the proceeds from Shawnee’s Got Talent will go to Mady’s Angels, in memory and honor of Madyson Law. Mady’s Angels was established to honor and memorialize Madyson Brendyl Law (1997 – 2010) who was an exceptional daughter, sister, friend and student. Mady’s Angels’ goals include awarding scholarships to local students and providing contributions to local charities and causes that were supported by Madyson. Mady’s Angels also promotes the concept of “paying it forward.”
Mady's Angels is a fully qualified 501(c)(3) non profit charity.

On June 1st 2012, The Shawnee Playhouse will present Shawnee’s Got Talent! Along the same lines as “America’s Got Talent”, which showcases talented people from all over the country doing a variety of performances, from singing individually or in groups, dancing individually or in groups, acrobatics, comedy, juggling, impressions, bizarre talents, well, you get the picture… Shawnee’s Got Talent would like to see any and all acts and performers come out for an evening of fun and prizes. Now is your chance to get out there and showcase your talent, whatever the talent may be!
Registration is open until May 15, 2012
If you register by May 1st the $15 registration fee will be waived.
